Terms of Service

By downloading or using Revela (“the App”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 in the EEA, to use the App. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the app

Revela provides text recognition, translation and speech recognition for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer or modify the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to circumvent subscription or premium feature restrictions.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Revela offers optional paid subscriptions on a weekly, monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Fees are charged to your store account, and you may cancel at any time in your store account settings.

Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. Intellectual property

All content, branding and code in the App are the property of Mustafa Alperen Açıkgöz or licensed third parties. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that translations, text recognition or speech transcriptions will be accurate, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Treat outputs as reference.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mustafa Alperen Açıkgöz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mustafa Alperen Açıkgöz harmless from any claims, damages or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

9. App store terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the usage terms of the App Store or Google Play through which you downloaded it. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms but may enforce them as third-party beneficiaries with respect to their own platforms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11. Export compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws in your use of the App.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
